We will review your report (forwarded by you or
your broker) and develop a plan for improving your score.
We will explain your report to you and develop a plan for
removing errors on the report. We will also review your corrected reports returned from the bureaus.
We will prepare your disputes and forward them to you for signature and forwarding
to the bureaus. We will prepare a second round of disputes if items we challenged remain
on the reports.
We will negotiate with your creditors on your behalf if you wish to settle accounts, prove fraud or simply to determine the correct amount due.
Recent News
ID Theft Affidavit. The 2004 amendment to the Fair Credit Reporting Act provided for consumers to be able to file an ID Theft Affidavit and block fraudulant trade from appearing or from being counted in the scoring algorithm.
Obsolescence Dates. The 1997 and 2004 amendments to the FCRA provided specific time frames for charged off
accounts to fall off the bureaus. Some creditors and even some government agencies have found a way around this
